\u00b7 Pass a theoretical exam
\u00b7 Perform 8 hours of driving practice
\u00b7 Perform 4 hours of radio practice<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How to get it:
<\/strong><\/span>\u00b7 Minimum age 18 years
\u00b7 Pass a theoretical exam
\u00b7 Perform 16 hours of driving practice
\u00b7 Make 12 hours to obtain the \"Short Range Operator\"<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* If you want to sailboats: 16 hours of sailing course (except if it was already owned in the GNP)
